    Hello, I didn't know how else to contact you so I'm doing it this way. I recently placed an order on AliExpress and I first entered the address of your brand knowing that it is a relay point. But then I remembered that it didn't work like that, and that you had to indicate that you were selecting a relay point as well as its address, etc. The delivery address I provided is therefore that of your supermarket. I tried to change the address and cancel my order but without success. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. What can I do now?

    Before passing, I had a gentleman on the phone, he was a professional listener and confirmed to me that the store is equipped with a Vinted terminal. I stopped by on May 29 around 7:30 p.m. to drop off a Vinted package at the terminal. I asked a lady for information, I don't know her name, she is a blonde lady. She is super welcoming, and my supet is very informative. Already the Vinted terminal is very practical and the store is clean and well laid out. I will come back thank you

    Very good Franprix I went to this Franprix because it serves as my Mondial Relay and I am very happy I made withdrawals regularly and my first return yesterday with them despite a complication which is not linked to the storekeeper but to my merchant site my package was sent and everything went well. And for those who complain about the slowness in receiving a package, I just remind some that supermarkets are not post offices and that often many customers are disrespectful or even disgusting towards warehouse workers, some are sometimes at the limit of vulgarity. The Franprix is open from Monday to Sunday evening so frankly I have no complaints because few stores do the same Thank you to the warehouse workers of this Franprix who do their best to have delivered to me the packages that I received, I will come back and I will also thank them myself because supermarkets have the right to receive recognition from their customers

    Despite a small storefront, there is plenty of choice inside except few fruits and vegetables. Very pleasant staff but not enough (which is not their fault!) so you sometimes have to ask to have someone at the checkout. Salads to be made by weight, great for lunch. Mondial Relay service except Sunday. Very wide opening hours. I find this store practical and efficient and I recommend it.
